- Accessibility is limited, and normal boarding uses stairs. Wheelchair or small electric scooter assistance requires Premium Car #107. The Van Buren depot has a wheelchair lift with a 500 lb capacity. Onboard restrooms are not wheelchair accessible; accessible restrooms are available at the depot.
- Pets are not permitted; service animals are allowed.
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure. Bring your confirmation, printed or on your phone, and check in at the depot gift shop to collect your physical boarding tickets. Your confirmation alone is not a boarding ticket.
