Important details
- Repair or replacement charges apply for equipment damage, theft, or loss.
- Supervise equipment use at all times and follow all provided safety and operating instructions, including inflatable capacity and weight limits.
- Grass must allow staking; concrete, pavement, and turf require sandbags or other securement.
- Monitor the weather throughout your event. During light rain, leave the inflatable but keep it inflated; dry it with towels before resuming use.
- Exit and immediately deflate the inflatable during severe storms with heavy rain and strong wind, whenever winds exceed 15 mph, or if safety concerns arise.
- Document any equipment damage with photos.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel in writing at least 10 days before your event; your deposit is non-refundable. Request rescheduling at least 10 days ahead, subject to availability; later requests incur the full contract amount. Inflatables can operate in light rain. If the operator cancels for unsafe weather, you'll receive a full refund or a rain check.
