Cancellation Policy
More than 14 days before start: full refund minus 10% administration fee or free reschedule. From 14 days to 48 hours: 50% cancellation fee or 15% rescheduling fee, with the remaining balance as in-store credit. Less than 48 hours or no-show: non-refundable. If the operator cancels for weather, instructor or facility issues: free reschedule or full refund.
