- Arrive 20 minutes before your tour. Check-in closes 5 minutes before the start time, and you cannot join once the tour has begun.

You may receive a full refund with 24 hours' cancellation notice. You'll receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to unforeseen circumstances. Same-day reservations are non-refundable if you miss your tour. Within 24 hours, you may reschedule to a new tour time. No-shows are charged the full tour price.
