- If you bring your own helmet, it must be Department of Transportation-approved
- Sign a waiver before departure; a signed waiver is required for every participant
- Trail conditions vary with the season and weather. Routes may change for weather, trail conditions, or safety; the guide's route and pace decisions are final
- Arrive at your scheduled tour time for the inspection and safety briefing
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund or credit. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. No-shows are charged the full price.
