• Operators must be ages 21+ and hold a valid driver's license
• Riders must be ages 3+
• Every participant needs a completed waiver before going on the water
• Operate watercraft only between dawn and dusk; GPS tracking and monitoring are active
• Operating outside approved hours can end the rental without a refund, and additional charges may apply
• Fuel is not included; return the jet ski with a full tank
• A $1,000 temporary damage-deposit hold is required on a credit card; debit cards are not accepted
• The hold is released after return in the same condition, with no damage, excessive cleaning, or missing items
