- Bring a valid government-issued ID if you are the rental holder
- Complete a rental waiver before riding
- Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at check-in
- Basic cycling experience and the ability to operate a bicycle safely are required
- E-bike riders must be at least 16 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian
- A Damage + Theft Protection Plan is required

- A $250 refundable card hold is placed at pickup for damage and is released when all rental items are returned undamaged
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows may be charged the full rental amount. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or safety concerns.
