- Bring a valid government-issued photo ID if you are the rental holder
- Complete a rental waiver before riding
- Requires basic cycling experience and safe bicycle operation
- Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at check-in
- E-bike riders must be at least 16 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian
- A refundable $250 card hold applies for damage during the rental and is released when all items are returned undamaged
- A processing fee and damage and theft protection plan apply; amounts are not provided
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged the full rental amount. No-shows are charged the full rental price. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or safety concerns.
FAQs
Bring water or a hydration pack, sunscreen, and a phone or navigation device if needed. Wear comfortable riding clothes and closed-toe shoes. Stay hydrated and take breaks in high heat and humidity.
Basic cycling experience is required. You must know how to ride a bike or e-bike, and rental approval is at staff discretion after check-in.
Your rider height is used to have the proper-size bike ready when you arrive for your bike rental.
