- Arrive 15–20 minutes early for check-in, bike fitting, and a safety overview
- Bring a valid government-issued photo ID; the rental holder must present it
- Complete a rental waiver before riding
- Basic cycling experience and safe bicycle operation are required
- Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at check-in
- E-bike riders must be ages 16+ unless accompanied by a parent or guardian
- A $250 refundable hold is placed on the card on file and released after all rental items return undamaged
- A processing fee and Damage + Theft Protection Plan apply; amounts are not provided
Cancellation Policy
Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before your rental. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows may be charged the full rental amount. A full refund is available if the operator cancels due to weather or safety concerns.
