Itinerary

Check In: 15 minutes before the start of the workshop, crafters are welcomed to check in at the retail desk. Instructors may bring crafters in a little early to start introducing materials.

Crafting: The Instructors will lead the class through the process of constructing the brooms. The workshop will take up to an hour to make the broom and decorate.

Check Out & Wrapping: Once crafters finish their brooms, they will check out at the retail desk. Instructors will offer to wrap the brooms.

- Requires independent work, coordination, and fine motor skills
- Only registered participants may enter the workshop space; children, infants, and other unregistered companions aren't permitted
- Shoes must remain on throughout the workshop

- Entry may be refused for intoxication, unsafe behavior, or misconduct
- Arrive 15 minutes early to check in; late entry isn't guaranteed
- Parking on Pickering Wharf is limited and has a 2-hour maximum

Cancel at least 24 hours before the activity for a full refund. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours may reschedule or receive store credit for merchandise or crafting kits-to-go. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, receive a full refund or credit.
