Moderate to strenuous hike. Plan for about 7 hours. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your private guide, with the remaining balance charged two days before the trip.

Plan to ride with your guide. Many trailheads require high-clearance 4WD access, and your guide will tell you where to leave your vehicle.
Bring water (2–3 liters per person for a 7-hour trip), snacks or lunch, a backpack, sun protection (sunscreen, sunglasses, hat), any needed medications, a camera or phone, and layers including rain gear and comfortable hiking shoes.
