- Complete required waiver documents before boarding; a parent or guardian must sign for passengers under 18
- Bring a valid driver's license for every driver

- Refuel before returning; fuel is not included in the listed price
- Expect late-return charges, which are not included in the listed price
- Keep designated drivers free of drugs and alcohol
- Do not smoke, use open flames, grill, beach the boat, or go ashore
- Use idle speed only in the Holiday Marina dock area and stay within set travel boundaries
- Expect the rental to operate rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 5 days before departure, or 7 days for holidays; cancellation fees apply. Cancellations after the deadline and no-shows forfeit the full reservation amount.

If unsafe weather develops before you have used half of your rental time, a prorated weather voucher may be issued at management discretion. For a 4-hour rental, the threshold is 2 hours; for an 8-hour rental, it is 4 hours.
Pet-friendly boats are available, and a pet fee applies.
