This is clearly one of those rare experiences that lives up to the hype. The cage-free shark diving here consistently leaves people speechless, with many calling it life-changing or the highlight of their entire Hawaii trip. What really stands out is how the crew manages to make something inherently thrilling feel completely safe at the same time. Names like Ziggy, Nika, Camille, Parker, and Danny get specific shoutouts for being knowledgeable, passionate, and genuinely attentive throughout the dives. People appreciate the eco-friendly approach with no baiting or cages, just sharks doing their natural thing while you float nearby. The variety of sharks is impressive too, with regular sightings of Galapagos sharks and tiger sharks, plus occasional rare treats like whale sharks. The operational side gets high marks as well. Booking is straightforward, communication through text and email works smoothly, and you can arrange videography services if you want professional footage. Speaking of which, most people rave about their photos and videos, though there's one notable complaint about receiving mostly lower-body shots with few shark interactions, which felt like wasted money. There's also a concern from one guest about perceived unequal treatment, mentioning only some participants received complimentary t-shirts while others didn't, and feeling the staff wasn't particularly welcoming to them. These seem like outliers though. The overwhelming pattern shows repeat customers coming back multiple times and already planning their next trips, which really tells you everything you need to know about whether this experience delivers.
This was the most amazing experience of both mine, and my daughters lives. We saw so many sharks and even saw the very rare Whale shark on our dive of a lifetime. The crew was extremely friendly and educated on sharks. We felt very safe and would definitely do this again. I cannot recommend this tour enough. The picture is from the boat, as my husband didn’t get in the water and still had a great time.
