Important details
- Pick up bikes from 10 AM, or collect them the previous evening at no extra charge
- Return bikes by 5:30 PM; a $10-per-bike late fee applies and is not included in the listed price
- Returns more than 30 minutes late incur an overnight charge; returns after 10:30 incur a second-day charge
- You are responsible for rental-equipment damage; parts, labor, and damage surcharges are not included in the listed price
- Children must wear the provided helmet under state law
- Follow all traffic regulations and accept the liability release for yourself and minors in your care
Cancellation Policy
Cancel by 5 PM 3 calendar days before pickup for a refund minus $10 per bike and booking fee. Until 5 PM the day before, refunds are reduced by 50% per bike plus the booking fee. Later cancellations are nonrefundable, except when the ride-day hourly rain forecast exceeds 30% from 10 AM–5 PM.
