Important details
- Ages 21+ only
- The shop opens at 10am, and the riding itinerary begins at 10:30am
- Return bikes by 5:30pm; a $10 per-bike late fee applies, with an overnight charge after 30 minutes late
- You are responsible for equipment damage, including parts, labor, and applicable damage surcharges
- A liability waiver and acceptance of responsibility for damage or injury are required
Cancellation Policy
Cancel by 5pm, 3 calendar days before pickup for a refund minus $10 per bike and booking fee. Self-guided Cool Wine Tours also have a $40 administration fee once the itinerary is booked. Cancel by 5pm the day before pickup for a 50% refund per bike minus booking fee; tastings may be non-refundable. After that, rentals and tours are non-refundable, except when the hourly rain forecast exceeds 30% between 10am and 5pm.
