Know before you go
- Participants must be age 21 or older
- Arrive at 10:00am; biking starts at 10:30am
- Return bikes by 5:30pm; late returns incur a $10 per-bike fee
- Accept responsibility for damage to rental equipment; surcharges may apply, and clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking
- Wear a helmet; helmets are provided and strongly encouraged
- Pay winery tasting fees separately; basic tastings typically cost $25 to $45, while groups larger than six should plan about $50 or more per person per winery
Cancellation Policy
Cancel by 5pm 3 calendar days before pickup for a refund minus $10 per bike and booking fee; self-guided Cool Wine Tours also incur a $40 administration fee once the itinerary is booked. Cancel by 5pm the day before for a refund minus 50% per bike and booking fee. Later cancellations are nonrefundable, except when the hourly rain forecast exceeds 30% from 10am to 5pm.

Yes. You may pick up your bike the prior evening at no extra charge.
