My first experience with Calistoga Bike Shop was six years ago when I rented a bike to explore the beautiful Napa Valley. That visit led to my first bike purchase, and Brad Suhr and his team took the time to understand my riding style and helped me choose the perfect Specialized e-bike for my needs. I never felt pressured—just genuinely supported by people who care about their customers. Since then, I've referred many friends to this outstanding shop in the heart of Northern California wine country, and I've continued bringing my bikes there for service and repairs because I know they'll always do quality work. Most recently, I purchased another Specialized e-bike from Calistoga Bike Shop, and the experience was every bit as exceptional as my first. Although I live about 90 miles away in the San Francisco Bay Area, where I have plenty of bike shops to choose from, I gladly make the trip because the personalized customer service, expertise, and integrity are second to none. Calistoga Bike Shop has earned my trust and loyalty over the years, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable guidance, outstanding service, and a bike shop that truly puts its customers first.
