- Return bikes by 5:30pm; late returns incur a $10-per-bike fee, and returns over 30 minutes late may incur an overnight charge

Cancellation Policy
Cancel by 5pm three calendar days before pickup for a refund minus $10 per bike and the booking fee; Cool Wine Tours also incur a $40 administration fee once the itinerary is booked. Cancel by 5pm the day before for a refund minus 50% per bike and the booking fee. Later cancellations are nonrefundable.
