Know before you go
- Guests must be age 21 or older
- Select your preferred tasting experience at booking
- Check in at 10am; biking starts at 10:30am
- Bikes are due back by 5:30pm
- Late returns incur a $10 per-bike fee; returns more than 30 minutes late may incur overnight or second-day charges, so clarify those amounts with Greetwell before booking
- Tasting fees are additional, typically $25–$45 for basic tastings; groups larger than six should plan on about $50+ per person per winery
- Accept responsibility for rental-equipment damage, including parts, labor, and damage surcharges; clarify surcharge amounts with Greetwell before booking
Cancellation Policy
Cancel by 5pm 3 calendar days before pickup for a refund less $10 per bike, booking fee, and a $40 Cool Wine Tour admin fee. Cancel by 5pm the day before for a refund less 50% per bike and booking fee; tastings may be nonrefundable. After that, rentals and tours are nonrefundable, except if the hourly rain forecast exceeds 30% from 10am-5pm.
