Important details
- Ages 21+ only
- A liability waiver and acknowledgment of responsibility for rental equipment damage are required
- Damage surcharges apply for equipment damage, including scratches or impacts
- Bikes are due back by 5:30 PM; late returns incur a $10-per-bike fee not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel by 5 PM three calendar days before pickup for a refund less $10 per bike and booking fee. Cool Wine Tour cancellations after itinerary booking also incur a $40 admin fee. Cancel by 5 PM the day before pickup for a 50% refund less booking fee. Later cancellations are nonrefundable, except when the hourly rain forecast exceeds 30% from 10 AM–5 PM.

Pick up wine purchased during your bike tour at the shop at 5pm.
