Important details

• Arrive 15–30 minutes before your scheduled ride for check-in and preparation
• Complete the required waiver before arrival and bring a valid physical photo ID for each participant
• Drivers must be ages 18+ with valid photo ID; passengers must be ages 5+ and ride with an adult
• Wear the provided DOT-approved helmet and closed-toe protective footwear
• A security deposit is required, and a credit card must be kept on file for equipment damage
• No drugs, alcohol, or impairment are permitted
• Pregnancy, recent surgery, knee or back problems, and serious health conditions require prior approval to participate
• Rides operate in light rain; severe or unsafe weather may cause delays, rescheduling, or cancellation
