Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 7 days before departure; refunds incur a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations less than 7 days before departure and no-shows are non-refundable. Deposits are refundable if the port closes due to weather. Receive a full refund if the trip is cancelled due to a boat issue. No refunds after leaving the dock due to seasickness or rough seas.
FAQs
Bring a towel, reef-friendly sunscreen, a waterproof phone case, a quick-dry long-sleeve shirt, a camera, hat, sandals, phone, and a dry bag.
Consider taking motion sickness medication before heading out, especially if you are not experienced on the open sea. Avoid overindulging in alcohol the night before.
