Cancel at least 7 days ahead for a refund; later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Weather-related port closures qualify for deposit refunds. If the port is open, trips run unless the captain cancels for safety. Boat-related cancellations receive a full refund. All refunds incur a 10% fee. No refunds after departure for seasickness or rough seas.
