Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your tour for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows incur a $75 fee. If the operator cancels for safety because of inclement weather, you'll receive a refund; a reduced-rate rim tour may be offered instead.
