Things to know
Maximum 6 passengers total (all ages), per Coast Guard law; groups over 6 will be turned away. Alcohol is allowed for guests 21+; underage drinking or drug use cancels the charter without refund. Crab Island is closed November–February.
Extra costs to plan for: Heron Harbor charges for parking; gratuity is customary (15–20%) and not included unless pre-selected or on an 8-hour charter.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 7 days before your charter for a full refund of your deposit and/or amount paid. No refund within 7 days; full amount due. Full refund if the captain cancels on the day due to weather.
