- Disrespect, aggression, sexual harassment, or rude behavior ends the rental without a refund or future booking
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 1 week before for a 100% refund. Cancel between 1 week and 48 hours before for an 80% refund. No refunds less than 48 hours before; pontoon rebooking incurs a $50 fee. Receive a 100% refund if the operator cancels due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen issues.
