Disrespectful, aggressive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior may result in the immediate termination of the rental without a refund and could affect future booking eligibility. Renters are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or anyone in their party and may be charged for repair or replacement costs.

Full refund or rebook if the operator cancels due to inclement weather, equipment issues, or unforeseen issues. More than 1 week: 100% refund. 1 week to 48 hours: 80% refund. Less than 48 hours: no refunds; $50 rebooking fee.
