Important details
- All ages welcome
- If you're the cardholder, present your credit card and identification at check-in
- The park entry fee is $5 cash per person, paid to Travis County Parks and not included in the listed price. It applies even if you arrive by rideshare
- A late return caused by your negligence incurs a fee of at least $300, not included in the listed price
- Sign the electronic waiver before arrival and share it with everyone in your group. Everyone must sign before boarding; paperwork cannot be completed on the day
- Arrive 35 minutes early on Saturdays and holidays, or 15 minutes early Monday through Friday. Your trip ends at the scheduled time even if you arrive late

Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 10 days ahead; refunds have a 20% administration fee. No refunds or rescheduling with less notice, for no-shows, or on holiday weekends except for unsafe weather. Light rain does not qualify. If canceled for unsafe same-day weather or government shutdown, receive a refund less 20% or a full-value gift card to reschedule.

Tubing is not available on Saturdays or holidays. On other days, the pontoon has a tow bar for tubing.
Yes. Bring your own food and drinks on your charter, plus ice if you want to use the onboard cooler.
