Important details
- Ages 3–13 require an accompanying adult
- Ages 14–17 require an adult to sign the waiver
- Sign the electronic waiver in your confirmation email before arrival
- Leave standard strollers in the designated area outside the animal interaction room; they are not permitted inside
- Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in; parking is limited and traffic is often heavy
Cancellation Policy
No refunds for booked encounters. Changes are not allowed within 72 hours of your scheduled start. Missed sessions, no-shows, late arrivals, scheduling conflicts, travel delays, weather concerns, or policy violations receive no refund, credit, or rescheduling. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your spot may be filled and your reservation forfeited.

Park in front of the building if spaces are available. Free street parking is available along NW 5th Avenue and surrounding blocks of the Thrive Art District. There's also a lot just south of the building next to Uncommon Path Brewing.
Consider wearing long pants or sleeves. Capybaras have natural nails, and scratches can happen, though they are uncommon.
