Important details
- Arrive 10 minutes early for check-in
- Complete the waiver before arrival; a legal guardian must sign for minors
- Ages 6+ only
- Children ages 6–15 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult
- A ticket is required for everyone entering the barn, including observers
- Stay with staff at all times; pets and smoking are not allowed on the property
- Capybaras are unavailable from the end of October until late March or early April
Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 7 days before the encounter start time. Rescheduling requires the cancellation plan.
