Important details
- Ages 3–13 require an accompanying adult. Ages 14–17 require an adult to sign the waiver.
- If you use a mobility or disability-related device, tell a team member before the encounter so reasonable accommodations can be discussed.
- Sign the required waiver before arriving.
- Leave standard strollers in the designated area outside the animal interaction room; they are not permitted inside.
- Arrive 15 minutes early to allow for traffic and limited parking.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are nonrefundable. No changes within 72 hours of your scheduled encounter. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling for missed sessions, late arrivals, scheduling conflicts, travel delays, weather concerns, or failure to follow encounter policies. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your spot may be filled and your reservation forfeited.

Park in front of the building if spaces are available. Free street parking is available along NW 5th Avenue and surrounding blocks in the Thrive Art District. There is also a lot just south of the café next to Uncommon Path Brewing.
