- Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and safety preparation
- Ages 13+ only; ages 13–17 require an adult to remain on the premises during the session
- Complete electronic waivers; adults need ID at check-in to match their waiver
- Wear tennis shoes or work boots with no visible heel; sandals, flip-flops, Crocs, flats, and heels are not allowed, including for observers
- Rental shoes may be available for a $10 fee, not included in the listed price
- Rotate in pairs, as only two people may be in the room at a time
Cancellation Policy
No cancellations. Reschedule free 24+ hours before start; a $25 fee applies with 4–24 hours' notice, and a $35 fee applies with less than 4 hours' notice. No-shows and arrivals 10+ minutes late forfeit the reservation.
