- Dietary substitutions require at least 12 hours' notice and cannot be changed on tour day

- Leave pets behind; service animals are the exception
Cancellation Policy
Nonrefundable tickets cannot be refunded. Refundable tickets cancelled up to 48 hours before start receive a refund of the $139 base ticket price; no refunds are available within 48 hours. Reschedule once, subject to availability, with at least one week's notice. Canceling a rescheduled tour is nonrefundable.
FAQs
Wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes. You’ll be outdoors and on your feet for most of the tour; avoid flip-flops, high heels, and dress shoes.
