FAQs
Heavy perfume may result in being asked to leave the cat room. Avoid strong perfume for your visit.
Plenty of parking is available behind the cat cafe, and you can enter through the back door. Avoid using Waze, which may direct you elsewhere.
No picking up the cats or feeding them human food. If a cat comes onto your lap on its own, cuddling is okay. Pet sleeping cats gently without waking them to play, and don't pull their tails or body parts or roll them over to pet their stomachs. Move calmly and use an inside voice.
