- Ages 18+ to rent. At least one person age 18 or older must remain aboard at all times.
- An experienced sailor is required to operate the boat; no captain or sailing instructor is included.
- Bring a valid photo ID. Anyone operating the boat must carry valid ID, and both the primary renter and designated operator must be present at check-in.
- Keep children under adult supervision.
- Bring the credit card used for the reservation as a physical card. An ID and credit card are required for each piece of equipment rented.
- You may be responsible for charges for damage, lost equipment, unsafe operation, rule violations, or excessive cleaning. These are not included in the listed price.
- Complete the rental agreement, required waivers, and sailing and safety checkout before departure.
- Stay within permitted Mission Bay sailing areas. Ocean sailing is not allowed; avoid swimming areas, shallow zones, beaches, and restricted waterways.
- Do not beach the boat, tie it to an unauthorized dock, or tow people, inflatables, or recreational equipment.
- Operate the boat safely and avoid intentional misuse. Staff may refuse or end the rental if safety requirements are not followed.
- Rentals depend on equipment availability, wind, weather, water conditions, visibility, and staff approval. Unsafe conditions may cause a rental to be delayed, modified, shortened, or canceled.
- Late arrival may reduce your time on the water; an extension is not guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
You'll receive a full refund if you cancel at least 72 hours in advance or if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Refund processing takes up to 30 days. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full price.
