Important details
- Children require a parent or guardian throughout the sail. Supervise your children at all times.
- Bring a valid government-issued photo ID if you plan to purchase or consume alcohol aboard.
- Harbor visitor parking is not included in the listed price. You'll pay on site at $2 per hour or $20 per day; rates are subject to change.
- Sign the liability waiver before sailing. A parent or guardian must sign on behalf of each minor.
- Children ages 12 and younger must wear a life jacket throughout the sail. Life jackets are provided.
- Wear flat, non-scuff shoes. High heels and hard-soled boots are not allowed; unsuitable footwear must be removed aboard.
- Do not bring your own alcohol aboard.
- Sailing requires safe, suitable conditions.
- Arrive 45 minutes before departure. Boarding closes 5 minutes before departure, and the boat cannot wait for late arrivals.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations 24–72 hours before departure are eligible only for rescheduling within the same year's season, subject to availability. Within 24 hours, cancellations and no-shows receive no refund or reschedule. If the operator cancels for poor weather, low registration, or unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund.

Use Visitor spaces in the Southeast or Northeast Harbor lots; the Southeast lot is closest to check-in. Display your parking permit visibly on your dashboard. Metered Visitor spaces near L Dock accept quarters. Free street parking is available along the one-way sections of Lake Avenue and 5th Avenue, but some spaces have time limits. Allow extra parking time on summer days, weekends, and holidays.
Yes, bring snacks and non-alcoholic drinks aboard the catamaran. Snacks, soft drinks, cocktails, beer, and wine are also available for purchase onboard at an additional cost; cash and credit cards are accepted.
Bring warm layers, a jacket, sunglasses, and sunscreen for varying wind and weather conditions. A camera and binoculars with straps are recommended.
