Important details

• Entry and exit require descending and climbing a 126-step stairway to reach the cave 80 feet underground. Handrails are provided.
• The route totals approximately ½ mile on concrete and gravel pathways, with uneven, sloped and sometimes wet or slippery surfaces.
• The cave cannot accommodate wheelchairs, walkers or strollers.
• Military tickets require a valid military ID.
• Only trained service animals are permitted.
• Enter the cave only on a guided tour. Stay with your guide and on designated pathways.
• Do not touch, break or mark cave walls or formations, or pick up, kick or throw rocks or other objects.
• Do not bring food, beverages or gum into the cave. Smoking and vaping are prohibited.
• Do not run, jump, push or shove. Violating cave rules may result in removal from the tour.
• Tripods and similar photography equipment are not permitted.
• Arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled tour to check in. If you arrive 5–10 minutes late, you may be placed on the next available tour.
