- Complete a waiver before participating; a legal guardian must complete it for anyone under 18
- Ages 5+ only; participants ages 5–17 require a legal guardian
- Bring proof of guardianship for participants under 18, such as a passport or birth certificate, matching the guardian's state-issued ID
- Bring a valid state-issued ID if you are 18 or older
- Bring the credit card used for the booking and matching valid photo ID; the cardholder name must match the booking contact name
- Wear work boots only; sneakers, Uggs, rain boots, snow boots, sandals, Crocs, flip-flops, and slip-ons are not permitted
- Wear long pants over your boots with no holes; leggings are not permitted
- Wear a hooded long-sleeve top; tank tops, tube tops, and spaghetti straps are not permitted
- Bring a bottle of water and a Bluetooth-enabled phone with a playlist
Cancellation Policy
No refunds. Reschedule up to 24 hours before your booking. No-shows are charged the full price. Arrive 15–20 minutes early; late arrivals cannot enter.
