Important details
- Complete the waiver before arrival; a legal guardian must complete it for participants under 18
- Ages 5+ only; participants under 18 require a legal guardian
- Legal guardians must bring proof of guardianship matching their state-issued ID
- Wear work boots only; Uggs, rain boots, snow boots, sandals, sneakers, and similar footwear are not permitted
- Wear intact long pants over your boots and a hooded long-sleeve top; leggings and damaged clothing or boots are not permitted
- Bring water, a Bluetooth-capable phone, and a playlist
- Participants over 18 must bring a legal state-issued ID
- Bring the credit card used for the booking and matching valid photo ID; the cardholder name must match the booking contact
Cancellation Policy
No refunds. Reschedule up to 24 hours before your booking. No-shows are charged the full price. Arrive 15–20 minutes early; late entry is not permitted.
