Tickets are non-refundable. Changes cost $20 per ticket plus any fare difference. No changes, cancellations or refunds within 24 hours of departure. If the operator cancels or materially alters your train for weather or operational reasons, you can choose rebooking on a comparable departure or a full ticket-price refund. Processing fees are non-refundable.
