Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non-refundable. Make one complimentary change per ticket up to 24 hours before departure; additional changes cost $20 per ticket plus fare difference. No changes, cancellations, or refunds within 24 hours. If the operator cancels or materially alters the trip for weather, mechanical, wildfire, or operational reasons, choose rebooking or a full ticket-price refund.
