Tickets are nonrefundable. Make one complimentary change per ticket up to 24 hours before departure; additional changes are $20 per ticket plus any fare difference. No changes, cancellations, or refunds within 24 hours. If the operator cancels or materially alters the trip for weather or other operational reasons, choose rebooking or a full ticket-price refund.
