- The listed price is a $250 deposit only; a remaining package balance, currently 6% tax, and 24% gratuity are not included
- A signed event contract is required to finalize the event
- Arrive 15 minutes early with completed waivers; late arrival may shorten activities or prevent riding
- Horseback riding is for ages 7+; participation is assessed on arrival based on comfort with horses
- Have each minor's waiver completed by a parent or legal court-appointed guardian for the event date
- Bring court appointment documentation with case details if you are a court-appointed guardian
- Horseback riders have a 250 lb weight limit and must mount and dismount independently
- Wear long pants and closed-toe shoes for horseback riding; boot heels must be 1 inch or lower
- Hydrate before the ride; bottled water is provided before and after horseback riding
- Smoking and alcohol are not permitted before or during horseback riding
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or make adjustments at least 5 business days before the event for a refund of the $250 deposit. Cancellations made less than 5 business days before the event forfeit the deposit.

FAQs
Yes. You must sign and return the event contract to finalize the booking. If the contract is not completed within 5 days of the deposit, the event is cancelled and the deposit is refunded.
A parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver for each child before any interaction with a horse or wagon. Other relatives or chaperones may not sign on a parent’s behalf. If you are a court- or Department of Child Safety (DCS)-appointed guardian, bring a copy of the first page of that appointment with case details to turn in with the waiver.
Arrive 15 minutes early with completed waivers. If your group is late or not prepared, activities may be shortened and late guests may miss the horseback ride with no credit given.
