- Requires walking on steep, rocky, muddy, uneven terrain without assistance
- Requires comfort swimming in natural river environments
- Not available during pregnancy or with back, heart, serious medical, knee, ankle, or recent injury concerns
- Bring age verification, such as a license or birth certificate
- Sign a waiver before participating
- Wear a bathing suit and sneakers with good grip; Yeezys, Crocs, sandals, and water shoes are not allowed
- Bring a towel and a change of clothes
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours, and changes within 24 hours are not accepted. If canceled due to poor weather or minimum traveler requirements, you’ll be offered a different date or experience, or a full refund.

Leave personal belongings in a secure location before the river adventure. Prescription glasses are allowed if needed for vision, but any items you bring are at your own risk of loss, damage, or misplacement.
Do not arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The guide may cancel your participation without a refund if you appear impaired, disrupt the group, do not follow instructions, or provide false information.
