- Good physical condition required, including walking or standing for long periods
- Arrive 15 minutes early to the meeting location
- A waiver is required for every participant; legal guardians sign for minors
- Bring hiking or workout clothes, a towel, water, and closed-toe shoes that can get wet; water shoes are not permitted
- Bring an extra change of clothes if you plan to swim
- Without pickup, your own vehicle is required to follow the guide to the trailhead; do not rely on rideshare service

Cancellation Policy
Receive a 100% refund when canceling 7+ days before departure, 75% when canceling 3–6 days before, and 50% when canceling 24–48 hours before. No refunds within 24 hours or for no-shows. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather.
