Important details
- Ages 2+ only; children ages 2–11 ride with a parent or adult
- Independent riders must be ages 12+; riders under 18 need to be about 5 ft tall or have a driver's license
- Toddlers must sit independently and remain seated throughout the tour; body carriers are not permitted
- Weight limit is 375 lbs per Rydable
- Requires supporting your weight side to side while straddling the Rydable and steering with both hands
- Do not smoke, vape, eat, or drink anything other than water during the tour
- Parking is not included; the closest surface lot is $16.99, the covered deck is $21, and rates may vary during major events
Cancellation Policy
Cancel Monday–Thursday bookings with 24 hours' notice and Friday–Sunday bookings with 48 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather.
FAQs
Light, intermittent rain may not cancel the tour. Disposable rain ponchos are available, and the start time may be adjusted by 15–30 minutes.
Wear gloves when temperatures are in the 50s or lower; your hands remain exposed throughout the tour.
Use the public restrooms at The Market at Seventh Street across the street before your tour. Only portable toilets are available on-site.
