- Arrive 30 minutes before departure for waiver signing and mandatory Segway training
- Allow up to 45 minutes before departure on busy days when earlier arrival may be requested
- Meet at 101 S Tryon Street, inside the ONE SOUTH building near the Omni Hotel and Walgreens
- Weight requirement: 100 to 280 lbs
- Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- Not recommended for pregnancy, limited mobility, recent joint or back surgery, back issues, heat sensitivity, unmanaged blood sugar issues, or dizziness while standing
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if the operator cancels due to rain. If rain is light or short-lived, the tour may be delayed; disposable rain ponchos may be provided for possible light, brief showers.
