- Ages 12+ may operate a Rydable alone; riders under 18 need to be at least 5 feet tall or have a driver’s license
- Ages 2–11 ride seated in front of an adult, with one child per adult rider
- Children must remain seated for the full tour; no children in body carriers
- Weight limit: 375 lbs
- Requires sitting upright without back support, steering with both hands and arms, and stabilizing through turns with both feet
- Wear shoes and a shirt for the full tour
- Bring only plain water beverages; food, coffee, and other drinks are not allowed on Rydables
- Guide gratuity is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
24-hour cancellation policy for Monday–Thursday tours; 48-hour cancellation policy for Friday–Sunday tours. No refunds for late arrivals. Full refund if the operator cancels due to rain or other inclement weather.

FAQs
No secure storage is available for luggage, backpacks, or large purses. Bring as few items as possible; each Rydable has a small side pocket for a 1-liter water bottle and possibly a phone.
Use the restrooms at The Market at 7th St. before your Rydable tour.
Ride almost entirely on city sidewalks. The route also crosses major streets at busy intersections using pedestrian crosswalks.
