This kayaking operation consistently delivers memorable wildlife encounters with guides who clearly know their stuff. Reviewers rave about spotting manatees, alligators, dolphins, and otters throughout their tours. The guides—particularly Chantz, Adrian, Crosby, Dmitry, and Yas—get mentioned by name repeatedly, which tells you something about the personal touch here. They balance being informative with knowing when to let you simply soak in the peaceful surroundings. What stands out is how comfortable the guides make everyone feel, both in terms of safety and just having a good time. They share local stories, answer endless questions, and throw in surprises like hidden swimming spots and underwater tunnels to explore. The clear kayaks add a cool visual element to the experience. The booking process is straightforward, and the overall vibe is relaxed and friendly rather than overly scripted. People leave saying they'll absolutely return and recommend it to friends, which pretty much says it all.
Crosby was funny, easy going & knowledgeable about the area. I wish the springs had been clear, but you cannot control nature. The paddle was easy & incredibly peaceful. Really beautiful area. We did see a gator & an otter. Definitely worth the hour trip from Tampa.
