- Meet Virginia boating safety education requirements to operate; a brief safety course is available on arrival for those without an approved course
- Stay sober; operators under the influence of drugs or alcohol cannot operate
- Remain within Chincoteague Bay while operating the boat
- Expect a refundable $750 security-deposit hold on your card before departure; it is not included in the listed price

- Expect a pet fee if bringing pets; up to three pets are allowed

FAQs
Weather and trip protection lets you move your reservation up to 60 minutes before departure. If Sea Rocket Water Adventures cancels due to inclement weather, it reimburses each ticket less the protection cost and processing fees. Without protection, you can reschedule for a later date or receive booking credit.
Yes. All participants must be present at check-in and sign the Boat Check Sheet before your pontoon can depart. The boat cannot return to the dock to pick up passengers.
