Important details
- Arrive at least 45 minutes before departure; trips leave at their scheduled start time
- Complete the waiver before arrival
- All participants must be present at check-in and sign the Boat Check Sheet before departure
- Operators must be 18+ and present a valid driver's license; ID cards and passports are not accepted
- Jet ski rentals are ages 18+ only and allow up to 2 riders per ski
- Operators must be sober and have a basic understanding of English
- Operators must meet Virginia boating-safety education requirements; a brief safety course is available on arrival for eligible operators without an approved course
- Keep all boats within Chincoteague Bay
- Fishing skiffs allow up to 4 passengers and have an approximate 600 lb limit
- A refundable $750 security-deposit hold on your card is required before departure and released after the trip if no damage occurs
- Applicable taxes and seasonal gas charges may apply and are not included in the listed price

FAQs
Yes. All participants must be present at check-in and sign the Boat Check Sheet before your rental can depart. You cannot return to the dock to pick up passengers later.
Operators must meet Virginia boating-safety education requirements. If you are required to complete a Dockside Safety Checklist, complete it before arrival and carry a printed or electronic copy while operating, along with the rental agreement.
If you add protection when you make your original booking, you can move your reservation up to 60 minutes before departure. If Sea Rocket Water Adventures cancels due to inclement weather, protection provides reimbursement for each ticket less the protection cost and processing fees. Without protection, you may reschedule for a later date or receive booking credit.
