- Weight limit: 280 lbs per passenger and 560 lbs for all passengers combined
- Bring ID for the on-site cardholder check. The cardholder is required to be present; if absent, additional verification may be requested on arrival.
- Boarding is not permitted if you appear intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
- No pets are allowed on board.
- Wear shoes and flight-appropriate clothing, including a shirt and pants or shorts.
- Occupy your own seat and wear a seatbelt, including children.
- Do not bring alcohol on board or smoke in or within 50 feet of the aircraft.
- Service may be refused for safety reasons.
- Arrive at the office at least 10–15 minutes before your tour.
Cancellation Policy
Request refunds within 2 weeks of purchase; a $25 processing fee applies. After that, tickets are nonrefundable and usable only for the listed flight. Cancellations within 24 hours of departure are nonrefundable but may be rescheduled. No-shows allow rescheduling only, with a $25 rebooking fee. VIP-related temporary flight restrictions may require rescheduling or route changes, with no refunds.
