- No pets are permitted on board.
- Wear clothing suitable for flight, including shoes, a shirt, and pants or shorts.
- Occupy a seat and wear a seatbelt throughout the flight, including children.
- Do not bring alcohol on board or smoke in or within 50 feet of the aircraft.
- Service may be refused for safety reasons.
- Arrive at least 10–15 minutes before your tour.
Cancellation Policy
Request refunds within 2 weeks of purchase; a $25 processing fee applies. After 2 weeks, tickets are nonrefundable. Cancellations within 24 hours are nonrefundable but may be rescheduled. No-shows are eligible for rescheduling only, with a $25 rebooking fee. Temporary flight restrictions may require rescheduling or route changes; no refunds apply.
