Surprise greetings are not recommended; at least one person should know to look for the name sign. International arrivals (except Canada) have limited daily bookings, and the purchaser assumes responsibility due to customs timeframes. Transportation is not included and is booked separately.
Cancellations must be received and confirmed no later than 48 hours prior to scheduled service time. No refunds will be awarded for no-shows.
